All prices our prices displayed on our website are current, low day prices and are valid for all bookings made via our website. All prices Value added Taxes inclusive

ACCOMMODATION CONTRACT AND PAYMENT

If you make a booking through on our website the accommodation contract comes into effect between you and us. You pay the confirmed price directly. Any claims and obligations out of the accommodation contract only exist between you and us .Rates available and made on our website can’t be combined with other offers or promotions.
50% of the total accommodation cost is paid upon confirming all the bookings ,once this is not yet done the booking is neither confirmed nor guaranteed.

MAKING A BOOKING

If you want to make a booking after your availability search, you will have to fill in personal details about you and attach the proof of payment for guaranteeing you booking. After booking you will receive a customer booking reference number together with the confirmation of your booking. Bookings are not transferable to any other person and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or credit.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

25% of charge if the cancellation is made 10 days in advance
50% of charge if the cancellation is made 3 days in advance
50% of charge if above 50% of the total booked rooms are cancelled
100% of charge if the cancellation is made in a period of less than 3 days

No-shows or Early checkout are not refundable.
Mode of Refund: All the refund will be processed within 7 working days (from the cancellation date).

STORING AND ACCESSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACT

We will store your booking information and the terms and conditions applicable to the booking (collectively referred to as “contract”). The current version of our terms and conditions is available for you at www.mbcrwanda.com. We also store older version of our terms and conditions.
